  32. Version 0.39 was released by Robert Orwin a few months ago (although its
  33. Info box dates it as 22 April 1995?), but he then did stop development, and
  34. make the code available for others to continue to work on.

  36. It is now being developed by Richard Sargeant, who has released version
  37. 0.40, although I haven't yet installed it.
